At AM-i, we’re building Europe’s most innovative platform for the automotive industry — and we’re growing fast. That’s why we’re looking for a Product Success Lead: someone who understands our key accounts, translates their needs into clear requirements, and works with our developers to drive real impact.
In this role, you’re the crucial link between our clients, product, and technology — with one goal: building a platform that is both scalable and truly aligned with what customers need.
Your role & responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be a crucial link between our business objectives and technical execution. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Team, UI/UX Designers, and key Business Stakeholders to refine requirements, design future-proof systems, and ensure comprehensive, implementation-ready specifications. Your focus will be on developing solutions that cater to the unique needs of OEMs and dealerships. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality product documentation and using diagrams
to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Engineering, UI/UX, and Business Stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements specific to our B2B SaaS offerings for OEMs and dealerships.
- Develop detailed, future-proof system designs that align with the product roadmap and strategic objectives, considering the integration with existing OEM and dealership systems.
- Specify expected functional behavior, including edge and corner cases, ensuring requirements are exhaustive and implementation-ready for our SaaS platform.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system diagrams (e.g., UML, flowcharts, wireframes).
- Proactively identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks in requirements and propose actionable solutions, particularly concerning the scalability and reliability of our SaaS platform.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design reviews with cross-functional teams, including representatives from our OEM and dealership partners.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and update product documentation, ensuring it remains current, accessible, and valuable for all stakeholders, including our OEM and dealership clients.
- Advocate for best practices in requirements engineering and documentation within the team.
What we ask for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven or automotive environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on edge/corner cases.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Figma).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Experience in maintaining and organizing product documentation.
- Familiarity with system design principles and product roadmaps.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B business models.
Desirable:
- Experience in the automotive industry, specifically working with OEMs or dealerships.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or similar.
- Understanding of automotive retail processes, CRM systems, and related technologies.
